9月26日〜28日に東京ビッグサイトで開催された
「ASIAN VEGAN CONNECT 2025」 に、オーナーとスタッフ3名で参加してきました！

アジア各国のヴィーガン事業者やシェフ、認証団体などが集まり、
プラントベースの新しい流れを感じる、ワクワクする3日間でした✨

いろんなお料理も楽しんできました🍽️
どれも本当においしかったです！

特に印象的だったのは、ミニサイズのハンバーガーとドーナツ。
ハンバーガーは大豆ミートを使用していて、本物のお肉のような満足感！🍔
ドーナツは豆乳クリームがたっぷり入っていて、やさしい甘さが広がるデザートでした🍩

会場では、最新のヴィーガンフードやサステナブルな商品、
環境に配慮した取り組みなど、たくさんの刺激を受けました🌏

これからのお店づくりにも、今回の学びを活かしていきたいと思います🌱

🌿 We joined ASIAN VEGAN CONNECT 2025!

From September 26th to 28th, our owner and three staff members attended
ASIAN VEGAN CONNECT 2025 held at Tokyo Big Sight!

Vegan businesses, chefs, and certification organizations from across Asia gathered together,
making it an exciting three days filled with new inspirations from the plant-based world✨

We also enjoyed trying various dishes🍽️ — every single one was delicious!

One highlight was the mini-sized vegan burger and donut.
The burger was made with soy meat and tasted just like the real thing! 🍔
The donut was filled with rich soy cream — a satisfying, delightful dessert🍩

We discovered many inspiring ideas, from the latest vegan foods and sustainable products
to eco-conscious initiatives🌏

We’re excited to bring what we learned here back into our store and future creations🌱

一起前往東京國際展示場參加 ASIAN VEGAN CONNECT 2025！

來自亞洲各地的純素企業、主廚與認證機構齊聚一堂，
這是三天充滿靈感與驚喜的植物性盛會✨

我們也品嚐了許多料理🍽️，每一道都非常美味！

特別令人印象深刻的是 迷你漢堡和甜甜圈。
漢堡使用大豆肉製作，口感就像真的漢堡一樣🍔
甜甜圈內餡是濃郁的豆乳奶油，香甜可口又令人滿足🍩

會場上還展示了最新的純素食品、永續商品，
以及各種關於環保的創新理念🌏

這次的學習讓我們深受啟發，
未來也希望能將這份收穫融入店內的商品與營運中🌱
